The packing and shipping time depends on the type and quantity of the products. A rule of thumb is to expect 7-10 days for procurement and 2-5 days post that for delivery. You can get in touch with our executives for more information on product-wise expected arrival time.

We recommend submitting all shipping information at least 10 days prior to the shipment date. This will ensure there are no issues (especially with international shipments). If shipping information is sent on the day of shipment, your order will risk being delayed.

If the recipient rejects the package or it was sent to a bad address, the package will be returned to warehouse inventory. You will then be able to re-ship the package, if needed.
