When you click on the ‘Upload Address’ button, you will see a window pop, which says ‘download sample file’. You can download it and insert the employee data in the given format.

Yes, we can view both domestic and international shipments on this panel. Just upload the data and we will manage the logistics for you.

RTO means Return in transit, this usually happens when the delivery of the hamper is unsuccessful due to reasons such as wrong employee address, unable to deliver even after multiple tries or when the recipient rejects delivery. The hamper comes back to our warehouse and we re-ship it to the correct desired address.

To keep it easy to use, we have not created an editing functionality on the panel. In case you’d like to edit any information uploaded by you – you can email us at sales@offiga.com with the updated file and the change will reflect on your panel within a few hours

The status column on the panel is updated every day at 8pm and 12 noon. We recommend checking it in the afternoon every day to get real time tracking status. In case you need to see the exact location of any parcel at any given point in time, click on the AWB number and it will take you to a page with the live tracking of the parcel.

We have a strict privacy policy wherein we keep the data encrypted, safe and erase all the data from our system after a stipulated period of time post-delivery. We are happy to sign any company documents guaranteeing the privacy and protection of employee data.

Our deliveries are usually OTP based so this scenario is highly unlikely. In a one off case like this, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the tracking reflecting delivery. We will raise it to the carrier and they will investigate this. In case this is not reported within 48hrs, the carrier will not close this in our favour

In a one-off scenario, where there is a mismatch like this, it could possibly be due to blank rows and a bonus space between rows. However, you can email us the correct dataset at sales@offiga.com and our support team can overwrite the data from the backend.
